GENERAL QUESTIONS

Where are you based?

Our Debonairtime HQ is in London, England.

How are your watches so cheap?

We source our watches from all over the world and want to bring you the most aesthetic timepieces available which is what we mainly focus on, our watches are designed to look the best. Also we have great buying power therefore we can pass these savings onto our customers.

What comes with my timepiece?

All our timepieces come complete in a luxury watch box unless otherwise stated.

Are your timepieces water resistant?

All our timepieces have varying water resistance from 10m to 30m but this is only for general wear, you should not swim, shower, wash up etc with these watches.

How can I contact you?

You can contact us directly at hello@debonairtime.com we aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, this maybe slightly longer during holiday or busy periods.

ORDER QUESTIONS

Where do you ship too?

We ship all of our goods worldwide, we use well known international carriers to ensure your order gets to you quicky and securely. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes shipping on all orders is absolutely FREE. Please allow 7-35 days for the delivery (during busy holiday periods e.g Christmas holidays please allow the maximum estimated time)

Do you offer a express shipping service?

Yes, if you need your timepieces trackable and slightly quicker than the standard delivery option then the express/tracked shipping service can be selected at checkout for a fee of £9 ($14.50) this delivery service takes around 5-20 days (Can be more during busy holiday periods - Please see last posting date information for xmas on our homepage).

Will I have to pay duties and taxes on top of my order?

We are not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your order in the destination country, these are fully the responsibility of the buyer. You can want to contact your local customs offices for more information before placing an order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The free shipping service takes 7-35 days for delivery and the express shipping service which can be selected and purchased at checkout takes 5-20 days. Our dispatch time is 1-3 days upon receipt of your order.

I haven't received my order yet, what shall I do?

 Please contact us at hello@debonairtime.com and we will be more than happy to update you on the progress of your order and estimated delivery date.

I have just received my timepiece but it has arrived broken, what shall i do?

Please contact us immediately at hello@debonairtime.com and we will immediately resolve any issues.

What warranty do you offer on your timepieces?

We strictly only offer warranty cover (replacement/repair) of your timepiece on the mechanical movement of the watch (case,glass,straps and bracelets, batteries are excluded). If your watch has been submitted to 'excess' use or exposure to water then any warranty claims will be void. Return of products is the responsibility of the buyer. Warranty period is for 30 days of upon date of dispatch of timepiece(s).

Do you accept returns?

Returns are accepted as long as they are returned within 7 days of receipt of product. All returns must be unworn, unused, no links removed and in original packaging as dispatched in. All refunds are minus our original P&P costs. We take no responsibility for customs and duty charges for parcels returned to us, if these are incurred then these will be taken out of the total refund amount along with any relevant damage or original postage charges.

All returns for unwanted goods are subject to a £5 GBP restocking fee.

Returns that are made to us via our carrier Royal Mail due to insufficient/incomplete address details will have refunds processed minus the original postage costs, this is particularly important for our Middle Eastern customers (Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Kuwait etc).

Returns or exchanges are not offered on sale items.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payment through Paypal and accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.

Do you accept Western Union or bank transfers?

Sorry we do not accept Western Union or bank transfers

Here at debonairtime we love our customers and we love to see pictures of our customers with their purchases. Please tag us in pictures of you wearing your debonairtme timepiece for a chance to be featured on our Instagram, Facebook or Twitter social media pages. We also run a monthly giveaway of one of our select timepieces for the best pictures sent to us.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday Promotion Terms & Conditions

The Black Friday sale promotion runs from Thursday 23rd November 2017 to Monday 27th November 2017, full details are as follows:

1. No minimum spend needed, code 'BLACK' or 'CYBER' is to be entered at checkout which gives 10% OFF all orders. 

2. A free DT Signature watch will be dispatched with every order where code 'BLACK' or 'CYBER' has been used at checkout.

2. The FREE watch that will be dispatched with your order is the DT Signature and you cannot request a particular watch.

3. No warranty is given on the free timepiece although all are fully quality checked prior to dispatch.

5. Any returns that are made for unwanted orders must have the free watch returned along with the originally purchased product(s). Failure to do so will result in the retail value of the timepiece being charged.

6. The offer can only be used once per customer, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other code, offer or promotion.

7. The free watch will come loose with your order and not in a watch box.

8. The Black Friday sale promotion cannot be used in conjuntion with any other offer, or discount code, it can be used with items in the sale section.
